How much do you charge?

We offer FREE ESTIMATES. We charge per pane. A pane is a single piece of glass. Two panes often sit side by side, or one on top of the other, and slide open. The standard rate on houses is $4 per pane, for inside and outside cleaning ($2 per pane for outside only).

  • Height, size and difficulty can affect these rates, i.e. French panes, extreme dirt, hard water, or 2nd story+ windows

  • Screens can be cleaned (and it is usually recommended) for $2 each

  • Commercial windows are often bid the same way, but can vary on volume (the more, the better!) and difficulty

Our goal is to do what's in our power to bring the maximum amount of life back into your windows, any additional cost is always money well spent. We like to be upfront and open about pricing. A quick count of all the panes you want cleaned goes a long way.  

 

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We are based in Salt Lake County, but will travel to Utah County, Park City (Summit County), Bountiful and Layton (Davis County).  A $30 travel fee may be applied.

 

BLINDS, SHUTTERS, SCREENS?

We pretty much stick to cleaning windows and screens. Exceptions can be made for shutters - depending on our schedule and complexity of shutters. Unfortunately, we don't offer blind cleaning or screen repair at this time.

 

WHAT SOLUTION DO YOU USE?

This can apply to the general soap we use every day, or more specifically to removing hard water.

For interiors, and general cleaning... an eco friendly/biodegradable solution is used. It's bought at a specialty cleaning store and is designed specifically for window cleaning. 

Hard water is often removed by a light, consumer grade sulfuric acid (also purchased at specialty store), but can be removed without chemicals as well.  Acid doesn't appear to stain stucco, cement or paint, and is always used with extreme care.

 

DO YOU DO POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANUP, LOWRISE/HIGHRISE? 

We gladly do post construction work on houses and businesses that are 3 stories or less.  

 

HOW HIGH DO YOU GO?

Anything 3 stories and under is no problem to us.  Larger projects can be done alongside close, reputable, business allies.  

CAN YOU REACH THAT; CLEAN OUT THOSE GUTTERS; TOUCH UP THAT PAINT?

We don't claim to be a "jack-of-all-trades" in any way. There are limits to what our insurance will cover, so a good amount of judgement should be used... but we want to help to you as much as possible.
